Giving Well Family Foundation Grants
United Way of Portage County provides financial support to community organizations, projects and programs through our Community Needs Grants. United Way Community Needs Grants provide funding outside of our existing long-term Community Impact Grants. Community Needs Grants allow United Way to remain nimble and responsive to changes in community conditions, needs and agency activities. Although these grants are designed to meet emerging needs or one-time projects, the overall project outcomes should still align with United Way of Portage County’s long-range focus on education, income and health which are the building blocks for a good life. Community Needs Grants are open to all eligible health and human service organizations operating within Portage County.
